All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Yeash Mart may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain amount.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Local delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Nationwide delivery: 3–7 business days

  • International delivery: 7–20 business days (if applicable)

These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number (if tracking is available).

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.


5. Shipping Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier service issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping demand

Yeash Mart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may be delayed or lost.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos (for damaged items)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Yeash Mart.
